Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2PM may be processed the next business day.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD (tracking included).

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24.

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping with delivery estimates:
- Europe: 4–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Customs delays may occur.

Tracking Information

A tracking email is sent after dispatch including tracking number, courier, and link.

Check spam/junk if you cannot find it.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
