Return Process


1. Check Your Item Meets Our Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original packaging, and with the hygiene seal fully

intact. Worn swimwear or removed seals/ tags cannot be returned.

2. Submit Your Return Request
Email Sales@vaylaclo.com with your full name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

3. Pack Your Item Securely

Ensure items are neatly folded, sealed, and packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

4. Send Your Return

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Postage fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, email Sales@vaylaclo.com within 48 hours, including photos.
