What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with the hygiene seal intact.
Do you accept returns on swimwear?
Yes, but only if the hygiene seal is still attached and the item is unworn.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the VAYLA Size Guide on each product page. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Do your swimwear colours fade?
Our fabrics are high quality. Follow our Care Guide to maintain colour and elasticity.
How do I wash my swimwear?
Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Do I need an account to order?
No, but creating one allows easier order tracking and history.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely. We do not store full card details.
